Guatemala produces a great variety of different coffees due to its varied geography with variable altitude, soil and climate characteristics. Organic coffee is mainly grown in the Huehuetenango region of the Guatemalan highlands near the Mexican border.
The blend of our popular ristretto is rounded off with organic coffee cherries from northern Colombia. The Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta provides ideal conditions for an aromatic organic coffee with full body, rounded off by a gentle acidity and fine hazelnut and vanilla moments.
This unique blend is completed by organic Arabica from western Tanzania, near Lake Victoria. The selected organic coffee beans are characterized by their lightness and a restrained acidity.
